As Clinical Lead, my role is to support both our patients and our team, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of care in everything we do. I also nurse alongside our specialists during surgical procedures, which allows me to stay hands-on and fully involved in the patient journey.

I’m passionate about maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-run practice. From clinical protocols to legal and regulatory standards, I work hard behind the scenes to make sure we’re always meeting — and exceeding — our responsibilities.

Most importantly, I’m here to support our whole team so they can focus on delivering outstanding care. A smooth, efficient, and legally sound practice creates the best possible experience for our patients, and that’s what I strive for every day.
